We require that a person outside our field staff visits with the mysterious customer character the points of sale where Summa staff has a presence.

Seed will adapt to the role of times, stores and cities where Summa personnel have a presence today, therefore, we would deliver a list of stores-cities to cover with a week in advance of the inspection visit, with a simple manual that will offer the clear and precise information of the points that we need to evaluate through its services.

We require that we are confirmed if the sending of this information delivered one week in advance, allows the Summa service to be implemented.

For contribution purposes by SUMMA, three examples are presented in this document with the information that your staff requires to carry out this work.
