Yoga (Aksara Councils योग) from Sanskrit (योग) means "union", which means "unification with nature" or "unification with the Creator". Yoga is one of the six teachings in Hindu philosophy, which focuses on meditation or father's activities in which a person focuses all thoughts to control the five senses and their bodies as a whole. Global society generally knows yoga as its main training activity Asana (posture) part of Hatta Yoga. Yoga is also used as one of the alternative treatments, usually this is done with breathing exercises, body exercise and meditation, which has been known and practiced for more than 5000 years. People who do yoga are called yogis, yogin for male and yogini practitioners for women practitioners. In recent decades, yoga began to be glimpsed by many for various purposes, fitness, relaxation, including cure diseases. Cure diseases are actually only a small part of the benefits of yoga. This motion discipline helps a lot of energy balance and comfort for the body's daily life, even important to normalize the regeneration of body cells. Yogad with silent discipline, yoga provides relaxation, calmness, increasing self -confidence and increasing intuition abilities. Everything can be achieved by meditation. The benefits of practicing yoga that are usually desired by novice practitioners and now is a healthy body, fit. When in fact, the purpose of traditional yoga is happiness. The highest happiness to be achieved is to achieve the highest awareness or better known as enlightenment. So, yoga is a physical exercise that is filled with spirituality. This is more than just having a healthy body, because the health of the body is only one of the pillars of happiness.
